The research project dedicated to the Malvasia di Sardegna grape variety aims to evaluate the effectiveness of different bioactivator-based organic fertilization protocols and their impact on the agronomic and physiological characteristics of the plant, as well as on the productivity and quality of the must/wine matrix.
The initiative stems from the desire to combine tradition and innovation to enhance a product closely linked to the culture and history of Bosa and Planargia, while also focusing on sustainable land management and increasingly organic-oriented production.
Eurovix provided comprehensive scientific and technical support, dealing with:
-
Definition of fertilization protocols and supply of bioactivators;
-
Development of the experimental plan and agronomic practices for vineyard management;
-
Support in monitoring activities and surveys carried out in the field.
Through this collaboration, Eurovix contributes to the development of biotechnological solutions to improve the quality of wine production and promote more sustainable agronomic management.
