Activities carried out as part of the project aimed at the development, in southern Italian environments, of innovative cultivation systems for sustainable management of artichoke production. Research activities related to the adoption of innovative techniques for the regeneration of tired soils referring to the methods of artichoke cultivation for the achievement of a lower use of chemical fertilizers, reduction in the use of water for irrigation of the crop and improvement of the quality characteristics of the product.
