Activation of Industrial PhD on topics of Innovation and Green for PhD – 37th cycle financed with ESF REACTEU resources – A.A. 2021/2022 related to the research training project “Microbiome-based applications for the sustainability of food prodUction and valorization of ScarTi (MUST)”. Research during the project resulted in evaluating how enzyme-microbe-based bioactivators affected the rhizosphere microbiome and vitis vinifera cultivation. In addition, fungal strains were collected and selected from intestine or feces of ruminants to evaluate their degradative activity of lignocellulosic compounds.
