Eurovix participated in research and development activities as part of a project aimed at defining innovative cropping systems for sustainable management of artichoke production in southern Italian environments.
Activities focused on the study and adoption of innovative techniques for regenerating tired soils, with the aim of:

Reduce the use of chemical fertilizers, encouraging more sustainable practices;

Decrease the consumption of water intended for crop irrigation;

Improve the quality characteristics of the final product.
Through this project, Eurovix contributes to the promotion of sustainable agricultural models and the introduction of innovative practices for the enhancement of horticultural production.
