The special formulation of OXYLESS makes it possible to activate natural biodegradation processes of organic substances under anoxic conditions, when normal aerobic processes cannot develop.
The biodegradative action of OXYLESS by reducing the amount of organic materials in sediments allows for increased oxygen availability in the water column and the reactivation of aerobic mineralization processes. The unique mixture of facultative anaerobic bacteria and enzymes also performs an effective denitrification action contributing to the reestablishment of ideal conditions for aquatic life. The 100 g slow-release tablet form allows it to reach deep sediments without dispersion and increasing efficacy. In combination with aerobic treatments it accelerates the reduction of sediment volume and the reestablishment of optimal water conditions in a short time.
